Christmas Day

Christmas was incredible! Every time I think about Christmas, I can't stop thinking how blessed we are. We have two amazing families who literally spoiled us rotten this year. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for them both. Above all, I am beginning to understand a little more every year how important it is to spend time with those you love. Not only is it a time for giving, but it is also a time to love others and remember the real reason for Christmas... the best gift we could ever receive.

Neff kids lining up for the big unveiling!

Ben and his new skis

Me and my purple fluffy pillow thanks to Lauren. Got that along with some purple slippies from Anna... they know me too well.

The Neffs are going to Europe!

The MAGIC WALNUT DOORS. Amazing what magically appeared behind these doors!

The brothers with their new goggles. What a hoot!

I was a little emotional at that moment

Thank you mom and dad!

This present was the ultimate...

Please welcome:

Chester

Scot and I had kept this little guy with us the entire week before (thank you Neffs!). Pretty sure it made us want a dog even more. He is the sweetest little boy. He is a miniature golden retriever and we wanted to keep him...

... obviously it was hard to give him up.

Dog and Krystal laughing at us because they have a dog and we don't. No just kidding, this is when they figured out their gift. A herd of yaks! yahoo cowboy!

Scot and his cool new vest

Opening up our vita mix! So excited! Use it on a daily basis

The best part of Christmas was Em announcing that she is pregnant! We are so excited for you guys! Sadly, i didnt get a picture of it in time.

Like I said, it was a wonderful Christmas and we seriously could not be more blessed. We thank our Heavenly Father on a daily basis for our families in our lives. Where would be without you?

But really it makes me think of the greatest gift of all, the atonement. How blessed are we for that knowledge. Merry Christmas everyone! We love you!

Christmas Eve

I love Christmas Eve. When every gift is purchased, it is finally time to relax and spend time with family, praying that what you got as gifts don't come out of a little ones mouth. Good times.

Traditional outing of bowling with the Neffs started by my very own sweetheart

Then we went to True Grit. Haven't seen it? I strongly recommend it

Had a nice steak dinner for Christmas Eve with Martinelli's and our traditional Jefferson cups

Then read Luke 2 and went to the Neff's to see Christmas street.

It was incredible.

Best party to attend? Jeff Davis' annual UGLY SWEATER Christmas party. But whose kidding who? I wear this stuff on a daily basis!

Thanks to James for the borrowing of the ugly sweater. May favorite part was Scot's mini stocking on the back

Elder Webb's Farewell

My brother had his farewell December 12, 2010.

Lots of goodbyes before he left. He did awesome on the talk- spoke about faith and the principles of faith. It was amazing.

A New Addition

Meet Mark...
7 lbs. 8 oz.

Proud Aunt and Uncle

Welcome to the family! We sure love you little guy!

Student Recital

Every year I put together a Christmas Recital for my students. Who in their right mind add ONE more thing to the Christmas season?! But honestly, I love it. It gives us an opportunity to perform Christmas ensemble music and my students always do so well at this recital! I am so proud of them!

Here is a picture of my students. Sadly not everyone could come but a lot of the cute girls in my studio (again, why do I do it in December!?)

Kephren's phone dropped behind the stage. Pretty sure they had to take it apart before the concert! Classic.

Congratulations girls! So proud of you!

Nesting Much?

Something I look forward to every year is decorating our home for Christmas. Yep. Pretty sure these decorations have been up since Thanksgiving. I love Christmas. This year, during our "massive" snow storm, I had some time to decorate since school got canceled. Turned on some Christmas music and away I went. I apologize because these pictures are basically all the same thing but I hope you enjoy a little Christmas spirit!

I love letters, words, etc. Anything that has meaning. This is one of my favorite decorations- thank you mom!

Our Bookcases

This tree has a lot of meaning to me. I got it when I was one tour with HarpFusion in Europe. Lots of memories behind this music box/ tree.

My student's Christmas tree... full of harps

Merry Christmas! We love you!
